On May 23, the opening ceremony of the Huanggu District Science and Technology Industry Development Association and the Huanggu District Science and Technology Innovation Resources Supply and Demand Information Exchange Meeting were held in the Huanggu District People’s Government.

The Huanggu District Science and Technology Industry Development Association is composed of colleges and universities and enterprises and institutions engaged in scientific and technological work in the region. It focuses on the exchange and cooperation of information, technology, and talents closely related to the science and technology industry, and conducts technical consultation, industrial training, and intellectual property rights. Other technology services have fully assisted Huanggu District's technological innovation industry.

At the meeting, the Huanggu District People's Government and Liaoning Environmental Protection Group, Shenyang Aircraft Design Institute and Liaoning University respectively signed cooperation agreements on innovation, cooperation, innovation and research for the “Liaoning Environmental Protection Branch Innovation Center” and “Patent Open and Sharing” projects. The conference achieved a total of 836 patent research resources for Shenyang Aircraft Design Institute, Liaoning University and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and 15 labs and equipment for universities and colleges such as Liaoning University. The conference also collected and announced to the society about 100 technical innovation needs of 45 technology companies such as Shenyang Anti-rust Packing Materials Co., Ltd., Shenyang Linke Information Technology Co., Ltd., and Shenyang Bolai Dezi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., with a total of 10 sites. The company reached preliminary cooperation intention.
